A flow in Klaviyo is an automated set of emails that get triggered based on specific events or conditions. Common examples are welcome series, cart abandonment reminders, or post-purchase follow-ups.
You can create a flow by:
Clicking on “Flows” then “Create Flow.”
Selecting a pre-built flow or starting from scratch.
Adding emails and setting up triggers and rules.
Activating the flow.
Klaviyo provides comprehensive reporting for each flow, which includes metrics like email sends, opens, clicks, placed orders, generated revenue, and more.
